Felita C. alleged that she underwent an abortion by Acharya at Midwest Population Center on July 27, 1978. She faulted Acharya for failure to perform a post-op exam. She suffered an incomplete abortion and required further treatment. (Cook County Circuit Court Case No. 79L V 377; Chicago Sun-Times 1-11-79)
