Jan Simmons

Jan was a 16-year-old high school student who died August 10, 1978 of infection from a safe and legal abortion the previous week.

Life Dynamics lists Jan on their Tombstone Project poster, but doesn't indicate how they verified that the abortion was induced and not spontaneous (a miscarriage). Thus, I don't include Jan on the Cemetery of Choice.
